Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the VideoConvert software ("the Software") provided by {{SELLER_NAME}} ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using the Software you agree to these Terms.

1. Order processing & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment processing, billing, taxes, and order-related customer service and refund requests.

2. License

• We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for the duration of your active subscription.
• Each license activates on one machine. Contact support to move it to a new machine.
• You may not resell, sublicense, rent, share, or redistribute the Software or your license key.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent the licensing or protection mechanisms, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

3. Subscription & renewal

The Software is sold as a recurring subscription. Your subscription renews according to the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Software lawfully and not to process content you do not have the rights to, or content that is illegal or infringing.

5. Availability & updates

We aim to keep the licensing service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update the Software during your subscription.

6. Disclaimer of warranty

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Software is limited to the amount you paid for it in the preceding subscription period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Trademarks

VideoConvert is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB and is used here only to describe a visual style.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate a license that breaches these Terms. On termination your right to use the Software ends.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
